The tractor popping out of gear or gears slipping can be due to several different reasons.
1. Gear System Malfunctions: There may be a malfunction in the tractor's gearbox or gear mechanism. These malfunctions can prevent the gears from being held as desired and may lead to the gear suddenly popping out.
2. Connection Issues: If there is looseness in the connection between the gearbox and the engine or wear in the connection parts, it can make it difficult to hold the gears or cause them to pop out suddenly.
3. Lubrication Issues: If the oil level in the gearbox is low or if the oil has become dirty, resulting in decreased performance, it can prevent the gear mechanism from operating smoothly and lead to gears popping out.
4. Driving Style: Using the tractor with abrupt and harsh gear changes can make it difficult to hold the gears as desired and may cause them to pop out.
5. Overloading: When the tractor is overloaded or put under excessive strain, the stress on the gearbox can increase, making it difficult to hold the gears as desired or causing them to pop out.
6. Adjustment Issues in Linkage Bars: Tractors typically change gears through linkage bars. If the adjustment of these bars is off or incorrect, it can make it difficult to hold the gears as desired and may cause them to pop out.
In such cases, the tractor needs to be inspected by a mechanic and necessary repairs to be carried out. Especially for the safety and performance of the tractor, the gear system needs to operate properly.
